SAFETY

Our Commitment to Safety

Since opening our doors in 2012, safety has been the foundation of everything we do at Landmark Companies. It guides our decisions, shapes our culture, and sets the standard for how we operate every day.

Education is at the heart of our safety program. Through comprehensive classroom instruction and hands-on field training, every Landmark employee completes extensive, personalized annual safety training designed to uphold the highest standards on every project we build.

Our commitment to safety protects our people, our partners, and the communities we serve across the nation. At Landmark Companies, safety is more than a priority—it is a core value. Every team member is part of the Landmark family, and our goal is simple: ensure every employee goes home safe to their family at the end of every day.

Industry Leading Safety Ratings

At Landmark Companies, our commitment to safety is reflected in our industry leading performance metrics.

TRIR measures the number of OSHA recordable injuries or illnesses per 100 full-time workers over a year. A TRIR of 0.0 means Landmark Companies recorded zero OSHA recordable incidents, demonstrating our strong safety culture and commitment to protecting our team on every job site.

EMR is a number used by insurance providers to measure a company’s workers’ compensation claims history compared to the industry average of 1.0. An EMR of 0.77 means Landmark Companies performs significantly better than the industry average, reflecting effective safety practices and lower-than-average workplace injuries.
